I know this is a gaming chair, but with the pandemic having me work from home I have been using my son's gaming chair as a work chair for the past year. It's a comfortable chair, but after 11 months the plastic part that centers the chair on the cylinder has snapped making the chair unusable. I don't rock or abuse the chair, so was surprised when it failed so quickly under normal use. If I can find a replacement cylinder that will fit I'll happily repair and continue using, as the chair itself is very comfortable.
The price is great and the chair is classy. I would really like to replace or return the one I received. Upon putting it together we discovered a big hole in the back of part F (back piece). I reached out for support and am anticipating a response for my options.

Definitely recommend
So I will temper this by saying I have only had the chair a week, but so far nothing but high praises for this thing. Super comfortable, adjustable, quality build (better quality than some higher end office chairs I have sat in). Could not be any happier with my purchase, I will update periodically to the longevity of the product. But so far I am expecting to be happy. You can tell when something feels "cheap", this chair feels anything but.
Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande et je n'ai toujours pas le suivi.... C'est grave et inadmissible d'autant plus que c'est en partie pour mon confort car j'ai des douleurs lombaires, de cervicales insupportables. Extrêmement insatisfait et en l'attente d'une réponse rapide et efficace. Merci.
