Slightly irritating to assemble. The instructions are a QR code that sends you to a website with videos. You have to search for the one that is most like this product, as they dont have a video for THIS one. Once assembled, it is attractive and comfortable. Support pillows are a nice addition.
So far so good, this chair seems awesome. My husband broke his computer chair and I am working from home so I decided to upgrade my own ;) Perhaps unrelated to the chair itself, but shipping was also extremely fast! It came 5 days before the delivery date window even started. It was a nice surprise to get it so early.
I've had this chair for a few weeks now, and for the first couple weeks it was great. The leather already started ripping though, so that's pretty disappointing. I'm not able to repair it either, because it's not ripped at a seam :/
A second issue is the arm rest coming loose, and the tool that was provided for installation doesn't work with the hex screw heads that hold the air rest on the chair. I can fiddle with it to get it to stay put, but it's quite irritating.
Was super easy to assemble, and it's super comfortable - so other than the material ripping, it's been a great chair.
Edit: The problem was resolved by the company. A+ customer service, will definitely be looking out for them again in the future
I bought this for my husband. He works long hours sitting at his desk. Yesterday was the first time he didnt complain about his back hurting after a 12 hour shift. Definitely hoping this chair will last. The removable lumbar and next support seem to be a great, easy to attach and the ability to tighten the straps, make this a great addition. It didn't seem like much when assembling the chair, but once in use it turned out to be perfect.
It took about 20 minutes to assemble, 2 parts were damaged but after contacting the company, they responded within 12 hours and are having the replacements sent this week, everything on the chair seemed like strong and durable quality. The parts that were broken were plastic covers not necessary for use, and will be easy to replace once the new parts areive.
This item arrived as expected. Assembly was okay, as the instructions were not the best. However, a little trial and error found this chair easy to assemble.
The chair is a bit narrow in the seat due to the bucket-type design. However, this chair is very comfortable.
We have thick carpet, and the wheel design has kept the chair from getting stuck in the carpet. It rolls across our thick carpet as easily as it does on the hardwood floors.
I bought as a chair to use at my home office, and I continually need to wrestle it away from the kids who take it to the living room for video games. Would highly recommend!
