You may cancel your order before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Returns (1-30 Days)

Days 1-14: Full refunds are provided during the EU statutory withdrawal period.

Days 15-30: A 15% restocking fee applies for non-quality-related returns.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original condition/packaging.

Proof of purchase required.

Borne by customer for preference-based returns (e.g., size/style).

Covered by us for defects/errors.
