Return&Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production commencement. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Once items have been dispatched, we cannot process cancellations.
Returns:
We accept product returns. Customers may request returns within 15 days of delivery date.
To qualify for returns:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) must be provided

Return Guidelines:
1. Customized/personalized products are exempt from 15-day no-reason returns.
2. For returns due to consumer preferences (e.g., dissatisfaction, size issues):
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
- Fees determined by chosen courier service
3. For returns due to:
- Product defects (quality issues, damage)
- Company errors (wrong items shipped, logistics issues)
Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
4. No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding:
- Receipt confirmation
- Refund approval status
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method (credit card/initial payment channel) within standard processing timeframes.
Delayed/Missing Refunds:
If refund hasn't been received:

- Standard processing: 5-7 business days (holidays excluded)
- Additional bank processing time may apply
